The Sound Bath Studio Launch Giveaway

  1. Promoter
     The promoter of this competition is Sound Bath Studio Ltd (the “Promoter”).

  2. Eligibility

    • Open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over.

    • Only one entry per person.

    • Employees or contractors of Sound Bath Studio Ltd and anyone directly connected with the competition are not eligible to enter.

  3. How to Enter

    • To enter, subscribe to Sound Bath Studio email newsletter between 11 October 2025 and 1 November 2025 (inclusive).

    • Entries submitted outside these dates will not be counted.

  4. Prize

    • One winner will receive £100 of vouchers for Sound Bath Studio Ltd.

    • Vouchers can be used towards any indoor or outdoor sound bath session.

    • Vouchers cannot be used for yoga, Heavenly Hammocks, reiki with sound, meditation with sound, corporate wellbeing sessions, passes, collaborations, special events or or retreats.

    • The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered.

    • Vouchers are valid from the date the winner is notified by email.

  5. Winner Selection and Notification

    • The winner will be chosen at random from all valid new subscribers after the closing date.

    • The draw will take place within 7 days of the competition closing.

    • The winner will be contacted directly via the email address used to subscribe.

    • If the winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to select another winner.

    Data Protection

    • Email addresses will be used only for the purposes of administering the competition and for ongoing email updates if you have subscribed to receive them.

    • Personal data will be handled in accordance with Sound Bath Studio’s Privacy Policy.

  6. General

    • The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms if necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.

    • Entry into the competition constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

    • These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
