Step into the new year with intention, sound, and connection. 🌙
We’re opening 24 spaces for a month-long journey of community, meditation, and soul-nourishing experiences.
🌟 What’s included:
📝 Sunday 4th Jan – Kick-off
Intention setting workshop (free journal + pen), guided meditation & sound bath.
🌌 Wednesdays, 8pm – Weekly Sound Bath
Affirmations + time to connect and catch up.
🌞 Sundays, 10am – Meditation & Sharing
Gentle guided meditation with sound + community space.
🌿 Saturday 17th Jan, 10am – Well-being Walk
A mindful walk in Saltoun Big Woods, coffee (on us!) & optional lunch at Glenkinchie Distillery.
🌳 Saturdays, 1pm – Outdoor Hammock Sound Baths
With yogi tea + cake. (Choose 1 of 4 sessions).
🎉 Friday 30th Jan, 6–9pm – Reflection Party @ Glenkinchie Distillery
DJ Mistao x singing bowls + Shelley from Soul Sync bringing the moves. Bar open – includes 1 free drink & snacks.

Algarve Grounding Retreat
