Getting Started & First-Time Guests
-
A sound bath is a deeply relaxing experience where you’re immersed in soothing sounds and vibrations created by instruments like gongs, crystal singing bowls, and chimes. You don’t need to do anything but rest letting the sound wash over you like a gentle wave.
-
You’ll lie down or relax in an aerial hammock or on an airbed, close your eyes, and simply listen. The session begins with gentle guidance and gradually moves into layers of sound. You may feel deeply relaxed, emotional, sleepy, or even experience visuals. Every experience is unique.
-
Bring anything that helps you feel cozy like a blanket, eye pillow, or warm socks. Mats, hammocks, or airbeds are provided, but feel free to bring your own pillow or bolster for extra comfort.
-
Wear loose, comfortable clothing layers are best. Your body temperature may drop as you relax, so a warm jumper and socks are ideal.
-
That’s completely okay. Sound can stir emotions or physical sensations. You’re welcome to shift, sit up, or quietly leave the space if needed. Trust your body and your experience.
-
Yes. If you need a break, gently and quietly step out. The space is held without judgment, and your comfort always comes first.
